It brings together the things that usually live in a handful of different apps — tasks, a whiteboard for ideas, a personal inbox, and expenses — plus a shared calendar, documents, meals and meal plans, and modules for family, pets and helper management. Whether you’re flying solo, living with a partner, or running a family with kids, it all lives in one place.

TickTad is built around three life stages:
- Solo — run your own home: tasks, calendar, whiteboard, documents and expenses.
- Partnered — share the load with a partner, with shared lists and meal ideas.
- Family with kids — children’s profiles, activities (ECA), pets, family budgets, and helper management.
Everything links together
TickTad’s features aren’t silos. A task with a cost becomes an expense and appears on the calendar. Anything captured in the inbox can be sorted into a task, note, document or expense — and a photographed receipt feeds your expenses automatically via OCR. Meals turn into grocery lists, and shared meal plans import straight into your weekly planner.
